6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.
You agree not to allow others access under your account.
7. Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due before course access is granted.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All digital purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided to digital content.
If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
9. Membership Access

10. Live Sessions

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive conduct may result in removal without refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Study Hub and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the course or reliance on its content.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Study Hub, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the materials or violation of these Terms.
